“Generali Tower” has just achieved the LEED Platinum Certification

Manens-Tifs is proud to announce that the Citylife Generali Tower in Milan, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, has been awarded LEED Platinum certification.

The high rise building achieved the LEED Core&Shell Platinum certification by implementing valuable and measurable strategies such as:
– more than 45% savings in indoor potable water usage;
– 100% energy supply with green power;
– more than 95% of regularly occupied spaces in the building enjoy good daylighting levels throughout the year and impressive views of the Milan skyline and the Alps in the background.

Manens-Tifs provided MEP Design services for tender (in partnership with Maxfordham) and Enhanced Commissioning and LEED AP consultancy services during the construction phase on behalf of the Owner.

This second achievement within the Citylife district after the LEED Gold achieved for the Allianz Tower, is built on our company continuous commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, health and wellbeing.
