Manens-Tifs congratulates Bruno Tonello, senior ICT Specialist of the Company, responsible for the design of the infrastructure systems and for the certification procedure of Covivio’s complex Corso Italia 19 in Milan, object of a radical redevelopment signed by Architect Paolo Asti.

The complex, about 12,500 sqm located in the centre of Milan, will represent the highest standard concerning environmental energy aspects and digital connectivity.

Corso Italia 19 is one of the first projects in Italy to obtain the WiredScore Certification, the new international rating that evaluates the digital connectivity of buildings and the aspects of safety, flexibility, ability to adapt to new technologies and reliability, thus adding to the list of the most iconic buildings in the world already certified including the Empire State Building in New York, the Shard in London and the Willis Tower in Chicago.
